Investors: Raised a total of ~$270 million. Most recently Series E round of $125 Million led by Warburg Pincus with participation from existing investor SoftBank Vision Fund 2. The Design Intern will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing a variety of internal tools (For business teams like Post-sales and customer success) and AI agents. The ideal candidate is a creative, driven, and skilled designer with a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Whatfix business applications team to conceptualize internal tools that help an array of Whatfix employees • Work closely with centralized design team on various projects • Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices • Be proactive and help incorporate new & emerging AI trends in his/her work • Learn about the Whatfix brand and its products • Assist with the design and implementation of marketing campaigns • Work on special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a design program at an accredited university or college (Masters or Bachelors) • Strong portfolio of design work (1-2 case studies that best represent skills) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools • Knowledge of HTML and CSS • Passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
