We are looking for Client Managers to join our tribe and who is eager to make an impact and support Australian SMEs in thriving. 🚀

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all bookkeeping and accounting-related matters.
Oversee the accuracy and quality of bookkeeping work delivered by the team.
Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries, gather necessary financial data, and ensure timely service delivery.
Coordinate quarterly/monthly BAS submissions and handle other ad-hoc accounting-related duties.
Collaborate with the bookkeeping team responsible for reconciliation tasks, ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management for SMEs in Australia.
Strong knowledge of Australian tax compliance, including BAS and GST reporting.
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience working with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
