Purpose and Scope

The Marketing Manager will be a key member of the commercial team and will be responsible for developing and executing downstream marketing initiatives to support the launch of the MISHA Knee System, the world’s first implantable shock absorber for patients with knee osteoarthritis. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with Sales to create new tools and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the knee osteoarthritis market landscape.
Plan, develop and deploy downstream marketing campaigns to drive surgeon adoption.
Create new and update existing sales and marketing resources to support product use and adoption.
Own digital marketing strategy and execution including website management, social media, video creation, content development, email campaigns and webinars.
Prepare monthly reports to evaluate marketing campaign performance and to inform future marketing strategies.
Lead the planning and execution of national and regional conferences.
Help manage the marketing budget, ensuring proper tracking of expenses.
Own the surgeon and patient lead management process including automated communication and CRM optimization.
Formulate new downstream promotional strategies to accelerate growth.
Help develop annual marketing plans and strategies.
Develop strong relationships with the commercial team, internal stakeholders, and KOLs.

Organizational Relationships

This position reports to the Director of Marketing

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Training

BA in business, marketing or related field, and 3+ years’ experience in medical device marketing.

Technical Requirements

Self-motivating and action orientated with the ability to accomplish goals individually and through teamwork.
Have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to creatively solve problems.
Proven ability to understand our customers, put yourself in their shoes, and to develop impactful messaging that gets them to take action.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative mindset.
Proven ability to plan, execute and monitor multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
Proven ability using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and email marketing and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Proven ability to competently represent the Company at professional functions, customer meetings and conferences.
Experience with a surgical-based medical device.
Experience in the OR preferred.

Miscellaneous: Ability to travel 35%
