The Executive, Business Development will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Gentari Go by identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can manage the entire sales cycle from sourcing potential clients to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and be able to refine product offerings to maximize commercial impact.

Responsibilities

Develop an opportunity funnel of potential clients to ensure a steady pipeline of business prospects for Gentari Go’s business solutions.
Manage the sales cycle from sourcing to closing, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization.
Refine product offerings to maximize commercial impact to the business, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or electric vehicle sector.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
